Yes, the time is finally here! I have decided to publish both a paperback and a hardcover edition at the same time, but it's mostly because I wanted to see this book in hardback--but freaked when I saw how much more expensive it would be. So, you get to choose. The hardback is $44.00, but it has a fancy dust jacket with the liner notes on the sleeves, so it looks really professional. the paperback is $27.95, but the entire text is there--I didn't skimp on the content!
